Jimmy Mathews

Jimmy is the founder and Managing Partner at Mirada Capital Group, LLC. Jimmy brings over 20 years of success in building high-growth, high-value businesses through exceptional strategic vision and leadership. His business and leadership experience has been applied to start-ups, acquisitions, investments, and board roles. He has created value and success in diverse industries including Healthcare, Aerospace, Manufacturing, Technology and Real Estate.

Jimmy’s success stems from his expertise in driving sales and marketing strategy across a variety of industries, and a strong focus on technology transformation. Recent investments and acquisitions include Rocket Air Supply, Advanced Trailer, Advanced Hemp Dryer and Green’s Natural Foods as well as being a key investor and board member at Pegasus Logistics Group and Remote Roofing. Jimmy is also a graduate of Boston University with a degree in Finance and Marketing.

Thomas Morgan Jr

Thomas Morgan Jr. is the Co-CEO of DHC Acquisition Corp a publicly traded SPAC. Thomas has extensive experience in raising capital including at DHC where he raised over $300 million.

He founded Corps Capital Advisors in 2019, which equips clients with holistic, comprehensive private wealth management solutions. He previously served as a managing director at Morgan Stanley and at Goldman Sachs.

Thomas holds a BS in Aerospace Engineering from the United States Military Academy at WestPoint, an MBA from Harvard Business School and served as an infantry/aviation officer in the United States Army with the 2nd Infantry Division, 1st Cavalry Division, 6th Cavalry Squadron, attending several advanced training schools and qualifying as a helicopter pilot.

Tra Willbanks

Tra Willbanks serves as the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Anchor Partners, a management company that oversees a family of manufacturing companies specializing in heavy, medium, and light metal fabrication. He also serves as the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Anchor Investments, a family office specializing in manufacturing and distribution investments, founded in 2018. He graduated with a BBA in accounting from Abilene Christian University and worked as an auditor at Arthur Andersen. Since 2014, Tra has also served as an elder at Gateway Church in Southlake, Texas where he and his family attend.

Jonathan R. Green

Jonathan R. Green has an extensive background in entrepreneurial pursuits having founded, purchased, and sold numerous businesses in the fields of manufacturing, property development, farm and industrial equipment, and large-scale rail and truck logistics.

As founder and CEO of the largest oil and gas transloading and logistics company in the United States Jonathan spent significant time dealing with the capital and public debt markets deploying over $500m in equity and raising over $100m in debt. While growing this company Jonathan lead significant M&A activity while partnering with investment banks such as Goldman Sachs, JPM, and Simmons.

The most recent acquisition was a 50-year-old logistics company in Nebraska. Jonathan earned a Bachelor of Economics as well as a Masters of Business Administration in Entrepreneurial Studies from Texas Tech University.

Perl Marwah

Perl Marwah is a dynamic finance and accounting leader at Mirada Capital Group. She brings a strong track record of driving strategic growth and profitability across various sectors, including medical devices, franchising, IT consulting, and global manufacturing.

As the leader of FP&A at Standard Bariatrics, she led financial planning and analysis, culminating in a successful $300 million M&A exit, and developed comprehensive investor relations programs.

In her entrepreneurial venture, she provided finance and accounting services to clients such as Nielsen Corporation and Cintrifuse, implementing custom solutions and monitoring operational efficiency.

Previously, as VP of Finance at St. Gregory Development Group, Perl increased bookings and billings by 50% and transformed organizational structures to achieve significant cost reductions. At Dover Corporation, she enhanced performance visibility, improved transparency, and led continuous improvement initiatives.
